Fitness Benefits of Using TRX


TRX Fitness has become extremely popular within the fitness industry, especially in the last few years. The advantages of TRX have been proven across the spectrum of users, from intense athletic elites to senior citizen, to those suffering from orthopedic injuries. Professional athletes have been found training harder with the TRX and taking advantage of all the benefits it has to offer. Drew Brees, the professional athlete and quarterback of the New Orlean’s Saints, stands behind TRX fitness. He is definitely one of the major sponsors promoting the TRX. Another professional athlete that believes in the TRX is Brandon Vera, a famous mixed martial artist of the UFC. Vera can be found promoting the TRX at special events, trade shows, etc.

On the other side of the spectrum, you can find personal trainers, physical therapists and chiropractors using the TRX on their clients. Those suffering from orthopedic injuries have been using the TRX for rehabilitation purposes. Because of its portability and efficiency, the military is also implementing their fitness programs to include exercises using the TRX.

Personally, TRX fitness has helped push my training to another level. Just as TRX has claimed to promote stability, balance, power, strength, coordination, and flexibility, I have seen these results first hand and am a firm believer in all that TRX fitness has to offer. Within the first 3 months of using the TRX, I have seen substantial strength gains and fat loss. My core has never been stronger and became visible once more with the sight of my six-pack. My body fat percentage started at 15% and rapidly decreased to 8%. Of course, diet was an important factor for this achievement as well. Ultimately, my functional and core strength has substantially improved.

For those of you just starting out with TRX Fitness, my best advice would be to keep up with it, Never allow yourself to get discourage, especially in the beginning. Your body will not be used to the awkward positions and muscles (especially your stabilizer muscles) that have never been used will wake up and will feel like they are on fire. But don’t worry, your body will transform quickly if you keep up with TRX Fitness. Take the time to put in the hard work with TRX Fitness and the rewards will follow shortly. Many fitness solutions have been tried, but overall TRX Fitness has proven to give me the greatest and most rewarding results.
